REHAB 101
Q: How can I get into Rehab?
Deebo, SecurityOfficer: You've got to be really good
looking. You have to have money.
Tiffany, owner, "Cabana Candy": I get phone calls all day
long from strangers. These guys would have a hard time getting the
best cabanas if they didn't call the people that they knew here. It
really is who you know. If not, you're gonna be waiting in line.
But that's what makes it kinda cool too.
Christina, Bartender: Just being kind to the door guy, or
whoever is at that rope, it's amazing the difference in response
that you're going to get. "Excuse me, I'm sorry, I know you're
busy, would you mind, I have some friends here, I'd like to get in.
We'll pay, but we just don't want to wait in the line." Versus,
"Hey, do you know who I am? I'm big time." Everybody's big time,
guy, you're in Vegas...we're all big time.
Matt, Nightlife Director: Some days are easier than others.
Rehab is one of the hardest parties in the world to get into (but)
it's not exclusive. Just show up early.
Q: How much does it cost?
Matt, Nightlife Director: I've had people spend a $100, $200
dollars, and I've had people spend a $100,000 or $200,000. Our
cabana sales range from anywhere from $2,000 to $15,000 including
beverage minimums.
Deebo, Security Officer: You can't just plan on coming out
here and spending $25. It's a party for the rich, basically.
Chantel, Bartender: The lines to get in here are insane and
you have to pay a lot sometimes...but I think that the lines and
the price you have to pay is worth it.
Q: Who comes to Rehab?
Julia, Cabana Cocktail Waitress: I would say you definitely
see a lot of beautiful women, maybe surgically enhanced, but
definitely beautiful. There are also a lot of men who are buff and
hot. At the same time, you see a lot of like rich sugar daddies.
Personality-wise, I'm not quite sure how they stack up, but, you
know, this is a city of sin, and looks go farther than personality.
Rehab is equivalent to Babylon. It's pretty much, really crazy,
wild. People are just having the best time ever here.
Sharon, Head of Security: Every nationality, every country
in the world, has been here. We have had Saudi princes, kings,
queens; you think of a celebrity, and pretty much they've been
here. Band members, fighters...they all come here. It's just a very
diverse crowd of people, and it's awesome.
Matt, Nightlife Director: Everybody comes to Rehab, anyone
from the everyday person to sports figures, movie stars,
celebrities, you name it.
Q: What kind of fun can you have at Rehab?
Matt, Nightlife Director: Rehab is just organized chaos.
It's the beautiful people, it's the energy, the DJ's, the VIP's,
the celebrities. Just 5,000 people going insane.
Deebo, Security Officer: If you have the money, you're
definitely going to have a good time. If you don't have the money,
get to know the people who do have the money and hang out with
them.
Chantel, Bartender: It is the biggest pool party that you're
ever going to experience. It is the wildest. They have the most
obscene things you're ever going to see probably in your life. I
still get shocked to this day and I've seen just about everything
there is to see. I'd just say...get your swim trunks and be
open-minded. That's pretty much it.
