Is it a struggling economy? Is it too dangerous?? Are we just getting lazy??? Why are the New Year's Eve fireworks being moved to ground zero???? I understand if its a wind issue. Seems like every July 4th we have to go through that drama of "...oooooohhhh there may not be fireworks, oh, there may just be fireworks, oh we can't tell if there will be fireworks until 9pm." I don't recall us ever NOT having them. So BOOM! That kills that issue.

Hello Friends. This here is Robbie Vegas. City veteran for 27 years! Nice to meet you all. The big local headlines were all about O.J. and his conviction of 9-33 years. I think we all looked at the spectacle for a few minutes. But, I'm sure those of us who were around for trial # 1 watched a lot less this time.
